1- I started waking up early around 4-5am , doing yoga and meditation every morning. It helps me reduce my anxiety, tension, stress and distractions.
2- I stopped caring about what people think about me.
3- I started sleeping before 11pm.
4- I started spending more time with my mother because she is everything for me.
5- I started letting go the things which i can’t control.
6- I started eating healthier.
7- I started drinking more water.
8- I started fulfilling my mother’s wishes and dreams.
9- I started to believe that no chatting is more important than my sleep.
10- I stopped being over good to people as they take you for granted.
